Deactivate the Shared Note Sharing Feature

By stopping the sharing of a Shared Note, you can stop the collaborative editing process without deleting the data.

You can also edit the data by re-sharing it again.

How to Stop Sharing Shared Note

(1) Select the Shared icon in the upper right corner of the Shared Note.

(2) Tap "Share Settings" in the upper right corner of the shared member.

(3) Select "Not Shared" for the shared range. When the range display changes, the work is complete.

Changes that occur when sharing stops

Shared Notes will not be visible to students who have stopped sharing.

You can resume sharing by clicking the share settings button again to continue editing.
